Trevor Otsuka leads the commercial lending division at Lake Rock Financial Group, bringing deep expertise across commercial real estate finance, business lending, and complex capital structuring. His experience spans acquisitions, refinances, development, and cash-flow-driven transactions for investors, operators, and business owners nationwide.

Trevor specializes in non-standard and institutional-grade commercial transactions, including multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, hospitality, and owner-occupied business real estate. With a disciplined underwriting mindset and a strong capital-markets perspective, he is adept at navigating complex sponsor profiles, layered capital stacks, and lender-specific credit requirements to structure solutions that are both executable and durable.

In his role, Trevor works in close partnership with Anthony Marinaccio, supporting the commercial and business-lending needs of Anthony’s broader platform. He collaborates directly with borrowers, referral partners, and a diverse network of capital sources to move transactions from concept to close with efficiency and precision.

Trevor is known for his ability to align borrower objectives with lender appetite, creating certainty of execution in transactions where structure, timing, and risk management matter as much as pricing.
